Alamo Cafe and Chipotle Fajita Meat

Does anyone else think that the fajita meat at these two establishments has gotten less lean?  My take is I’m getting a lot more fat in their meat grades than there used to be.  Write in if you think the same.  I think over the years they’ve cut costs on the meat.
