What kind of patrol or arrest deputies do we have in Bexar County? Are they like the jailers who run amuck stalking deer at night and shooting into peoples "yards" to hit deer. If they couldn't see the house, how did they know it was a deer? Jail Chief Dan Gabehart did just that with Benson and others and were arrested by O.C. (Cookie) Becker. But alas, Dan Gabehart got out of it with political pressure applied against Becker. As is rumored, the judge through out the arrest.
